Do I really need a PAYE scheme?
If you’re a Limited Company, you may choose to pay the bulk of your income via dividends from profits. However, you may want to still pay yourself an amount up to your NI threshold to ensure your NI contributions are kept up to date on an annual basis.

What about Pension?
Under the Pensions Act 2008, every employer in the UK must put their eligible staff into a workplace pension and pay into it.

Contracts of Employment
